The Best, and Strangest, Big Game Commercials 2025!

Big Game Commercials 2025 the best and strangest

The Best, and Strangest, Big Game Commercials 2025!

One of our favorite days of the year for Red Door Advertising… the Big Game! It’s not just because our Eagles have made it to the championship game in 2 of the last 3 years (subtle flex), but because we get to see all the great, and sometimes downright strange, commercials during the breaks!

As always, the commercials created quite a buzz at watch parties around the country, and on social media too. But which one’s stood out to us this year?

Take a look at some of the best commercials from this year’s game, and of course some of the head scratchers that seem to have a very specific target audience!

Budweiser: “First Delivery”

A company that is no stranger to big ads during the big game, Budweiser created yet another heart-warming all-American ad this year. When a stray Budweiser keg falls off the delivery truck, a young Clydesdale decides to help and make its “first delivery” even after being told it was still too little to do so. Of course, it pulls at viewers heart strings as it embarks on its journey to return the keg to its destination. Plus, they incorporated the whole “horse walks into a bar” joke… extra points.

Lays: “The Little Farmer”

Pulling at heart strings seemed to be a big theme this year for the big game commercials! Lay’s is not necessarily known for its well thought out commercials, but they hit the nail on the head with this one. Following the theme of the previous ad, a potato falls off the Lay’s farm truck, which is noticed by a young girl on the farm. She re-plants the potato, does everything to help it grow, and it eventually grows big enough to be used by Lay’s to make into potato chips. Later being eaten by her family, Lay’s plays on the theme of family memories, while feeling like a short movie!

Bud Light: “Big Man on Cul-De-Sac”

Talk about a rise back to glory! Just a short time after falling to controversy, Bud Light has brought on new ambassadors to re-grow their brand. Their commercial in this year’s big game did just that! With a fun play on neighborhood cookouts featuring a VERY customized lawnmower that smokes meats and holds Bud Lights, it is led by big stars like Shane Gillis, Post Malone, and Peyton Manning. No more lame parties!

Uber Eats: “Century of Cravings”

Was football invented just to sell food? Matthew McConaughey seems to think so! Uber Eats took the spotlight with this well-thought-out ad about how food and football just can’t go without one another. But is there a deeper conspiracy? Probably not… but Uber Eats made us all hungry and thinking about ordering some more food!

Little Caesars: “Crazy Puffs”

Flying eyebrows. Eugene Levy and his flying eyebrows to be more specific. Let’s get into the strange ones! This one got everyone’s attention, because how could it not. When eyebrows go flying off someone’s face, it’s hard to look away. Also see the Pringles flying mustache ad which aired later in the game… lots of flying hair this year!

Mountain Dew: “Kiss from a Lime”

Talk about disturbing! Mountain Dew had a very memorable commercial with super star “Seal” starring as… well… a seal! It is incredibly disturbing, but I have to say it does capture your attention. Just like the previous, it is almost hard to look away, which in a way is great for your product. They do at least admit at the end of the commercial that “none of this makes sense!”

Coffee Mate: “Cold Foam”

Ummmmm, what?

Ray Ban x Meta: “Hey Meta, Who Eats Art?”

Back to the less disturbing ones, Ray Ban and Meta showed off their new joint project with a fantastic duo in Chris Pratt and Chris Hemsworth. Showing off all the incredible things it can do, it also shows how unfortunate they can be when visiting a ridiculously expensive art collection that includes a 6.2-million-dollar banana! Yes, the Ray Ban Meta glasses can record… but I think these two wish they didn’t!

Angel Soft: “Potty-tunity”

Last but not least, we have to address the genius behind the Angel Soft Bathroom Break commercial. The word simple is an understatement, but so is the word effective! The worst part about the big game is holding off that bathroom break. You don’t want to miss the game, the halftime show, or the commercials. Therefore, Angel Soft gave you a perfect time to go use the bathroom! You may have had to fight for the time slot, but it was certainly memorable.

We’re already looking forward to the Big Game next year, so we can discuss which our favorites are then! We know our Eagles will be back again next year too, so we are EXTRA looking forward to it!
